Ryoko AOYAGI is the Country President of Schneider Electric Japan. She assumed this role on October 1, 2024, overseeing all business operations in the Japanese market, including affiliated companies and joint ventures. Concurrently, she serves as the Representative Director of Schneider Electric Japan and Schneider Electric Holdings Japan.
Ryoko joined Schneider Electric in August 2018 as Vice President of the Power Systems Division. In May 2021, she advanced to Vice President of the Services Division, and in April 2024, her responsibilities expanded to include Vice President of the Energy Management Segment. In these roles, she has overseen strategic energy management initiatives across key industries.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Ryoko served as the Sales Manager for Gas Turbines and Maintenance Contracts at GE Power. She excelled as the East Japan Group Manager for Smart Meter Sales during her tenure at GE Energy (now GE Power) since 2011.
Ryoko earned a bachelor’s degree in Environment and Information Studies from Keio University in 1998.
